Teollinen CEE-pistoke AS Schwabe 60435 16A 5-napainen 400V

AS Schwabe 60435 is a 5‑pole industrial CEE plug rated for 16A at 400V, designed for three‑phase power connections in professional environments. It follows the IEC 60309 standardized pin configuration to ensure compatibility with matching sockets and includes a secure mechanical locking system to maintain reliable contact under vibration and movement. The plug’s robust housing and construction are intended for use in workshops, construction sites, event power distribution and with portable or fixed industrial equipment.

Advantages

The 5‑pole design supports three phases, neutral and earth to provide a complete supply for three‑phase motors and equipment. A standardized pin layout ensures interchangeability with compliant sockets, while the mechanical lock increases contact stability and reduces accidental disconnection. The product is built to withstand common industrial conditions and provides a compact, handheld connection solution that is straightforward to install and maintain.

How to use

Before installation, disconnect power and verify that the supply matches the plug’s rated current and voltage. Strip conductors to the recommended length, insert wires into the corresponding terminals for L1, L2, L3, N and PE, and tighten terminal screws to the manufacturer’s torque recommendations. Assemble the housing to enclose the connections, ensuring the mechanical lock is engaged when mating the plug with a compatible socket. After wiring, perform a visual inspection and continuity/insulation tests as required by local electrical codes.

Recommendations

Use the plug only with compatible IEC 60309 sockets and in electrical systems that match its 16A/400V rating. Regularly inspect the housing, contacts and locking mechanism for wear, corrosion or damage, and replace the plug if any defect compromises safety. Follow applicable local regulations and safety practices when installing and operating three‑phase connections.
