Asennuskiskosarja ARMAC R/0019 19 tuuman kaappeihin – säädettävät kiskot räkkiasennukseen

Description: SOLID CONSTRUCTIONThe R / 0019 mounting rail set has been designed for stable mounting of UPS and BP modules in a 19 rack cabinet.Professionally used UPS devices weigh their weight, so this accessory must be able to support equipment weighing more than 30 kg.The maximum load capacity of these metal rails is 40 kg. RECOMMENDED INSTALLATION OF UPS, RACK SERIES BATTERY PACK MODULES IN 19 SERVER CABINETS ARMAC gives users complete freedom as to the method of installing the emergency power equipment in the 19 rack. This can be done using only mounting ears (included with each UPS / BP Rack series), or by purchasing this set of mounting rails. Why is it worth doing this? The mounting eyes provide the load capacity of the emergency power equipment from the front only. The weight of such devices (especially if they are high-power models with a number of efficient batteries inside) will make the UPS or BP modules relatively unstable. This situation in conjunction with the movement of the rack itself 19 can cause this heavy equipment to become loose, resulting in damage to the UPS, BP modules, other equipment, or the rack itself. Product R / 0019 effectively eliminates this unfortunate eventuality. When slipped and locked on the mounting rails of the emergency power equipment, it is evenly and steadily supported along its entire length, not just from the front! Do not let the equipment loose inside the 19 rack cabinet and take care of the equipment safety that watches over the operation of your equipment during power outages. EASY INSTALLATION IN 19 RACK CABINETSThe R / 0019 mounting rail set also facilitates the very installation of heavy emergency power solutions inside 19 server cabinets. The mounting accessory itself is installed before inserting the UPS or BP module. Once the rails are attached with the M6 mounting bolts and installation baskets, we can proceed to installing the emergency power products themselves by lifting them to the appropriate height and sliding them into the rails. After moving the equipment to the inside of the server cabinet, we lock the device in place by inserting the mounting baskets into the vertical mounting rails of the Rack cabinet and tightening the mounting ears to the Rack with screws (previously installed). The product not only offers a much higher level of security for our Rack equipment, but also facilitates the installation of heavy UPS or Battery Pack battery modules. HELPFUL MOUNTING ACCESSORIES INCLUDED In the package, apart from a pair of installation rails for 19 Rack cabinets, you will also find a supply of helpful installation accessories, screws and M6 baskets. Both products are made of a metal alloy that guarantees their reliability. There is no question of bent products that, instead of helping, hinder the installation of rails inside the server rack. | accessories: mounting rail | Load (max): 40 | Color: White

How to use

Measure the internal depth of the cabinet and set the rails to the appropriate spacing for the equipment you plan to install. Secure the rails to the cabinet uprights using compatible fasteners and align them so rack-mount ears on devices sit level. Install equipment onto the rails following manufacturer guidelines for each device, and verify that weight is distributed evenly across mounting points. Check clearances for cables and airflow before completing the installation.

Recommendations

Use appropriate mounting hardware and follow cabinet weight limits. When installing heavy equipment, consider additional support such as shelves or slide rails; maintain clear airflow pathways and organize cables to prevent strain on connectors.
