The Eurolite 58000385 Black Silver Steel mounting kit is a robust mounting solution designed to support fixtures and equipment up to 20 kg. Constructed from durable steel with a black and silver finish, the kit combines structural strength with a neutral appearance that fits professional and domestic environments. The design focuses on reliable load-bearing performance and straightforward installation for secure, long-term use.

Advantages

The steel construction provides high tensile strength and resistance to bending under load while the dual-tone finish minimizes visible wear and complements a variety of device housings. Built for a maximum load of 20 kg, the mounting kit offers dependable support for small to medium-sized equipment. Its components are designed for stable attachment and even load distribution, reducing stress on individual fasteners.

How to use

Choose an appropriate mounting location that can support the combined weight of the kit and the device. Assemble the kit components according to the included layout so that load-bearing elements align correctly. Secure the kit to the mounting surface using suitable anchors or bolts for the substrate type (wood, concrete, metal). Attach the equipment to the kit and verify fasteners are tightened to prevent movement. After installation, perform a test to confirm stability under the intended load.

Recommendations

Check the mounting surface and fasteners periodically for signs of wear or loosening. Do not exceed the stated 20 kg load capacity. For installations in environments with vibration or frequent movement, use lock washers or thread-locking compound on fasteners and consider additional supports to minimize stress on the mounting points.
