Asennusteippi TESA 77740-00000 1,5 m läpinäkyvä 19 mm

TESA 77740-00000 1.5 m Transparent 19 mm mounting tape is a double-sided, transparent adhesive solution designed for secure fixing of lightweight to medium-weight objects on a variety of surfaces. The tape combines a clear appearance with strong bonding properties to keep items in place without visible adhesive lines. With a 1.5 m roll length and 19 mm width, it is suitable for spot fixing, continuous seams, and small mounting tasks where a discreet finish is required.

Advantages

The transparent composition provides an unobtrusive finish on glass, plastic and painted surfaces while maintaining reliable adhesion. It bonds quickly and holds firmly to many common substrates, reducing the need for mechanical fasteners or tools. The tape’s size and flexibility make it easy to cut to length and apply in confined spaces. It offers weather-resistant performance for indoor and outdoor applications when used according to surface preparation guidelines.

Key specifications

• Color: transparent
• Length: 1.5 m
• Width: 19 mm
• Adhesive type: double-sided mounting adhesive
• Application: suitable for indoor and outdoor use on many surfaces
• Finish: low-visibility, clear appearance

How to use

Ensure surfaces are clean, dry and free of dust, grease or loose paint before application. Cut the required length from the roll, remove the protective liner and press the tape firmly onto the first surface, using even pressure along the tape to ensure full contact. Remove the remaining liner and join the second surface, holding the parts together for a few seconds to promote bond development. For heavier objects or outdoor exposure, allow an initial dwell period and apply firm pressure or mechanical support as recommended for the intended load.

Recommendations

For best results, apply at room temperature on smooth, non-porous surfaces. Avoid applying to freshly painted surfaces; allow paint to fully cure first. When mounting heavier items, use additional support and verify compatibility with the substrate by testing a small sample area before full application.
