How to use

Slide A4 documents into the folder so that edges align with the folder opening and the spine of the folder protects the paper. Use the yellow colour as part of a colour-coded filing system to separate categories or priorities. Store folders vertically in a filing cabinet or horizontally in desktop trays; if transporting documents, place the folder inside a larger envelope or briefcase to avoid bending. Replace or archive folders when they become worn to maintain clear organisation.

Recommendations

For prolonged document retention, avoid exposing the folder to excessive moisture and direct sunlight. Combine with labelled tabs or adhesive labels for easier indexing, and use different colours to establish a simple visual filing scheme.
