Audio-jatkokaapeli DELOCK 85832 3,5 mm uros - 3,5 mm naaras, 2 m, kullatut kontaktit, AWG 28, musta

DELOCK 85832 is a 2 m audio extension cable with a 3.5 mm male plug and a 3.5 mm female jack, designed to extend headphone, speaker or line-level audio connections. The cable uses AWG 28 wiring and gold-plated contacts to reduce corrosion and improve signal transfer. A screw-on adapter is included to convert the 3.5 mm male connector to a 6.35 mm interface for compatibility with devices that use larger stereo jacks. The outer TPU jacket and coiled design balance flexibility and compact storage while keeping the cable lightweight and easy to route.

Advantages

The gold-plated contacts provide improved corrosion resistance and consistent electrical contact for better long-term signal transmission. AWG 28 conductor size supports reliable audio transfer with low loss across the 2 m length. The TPU jacket increases flexibility and mechanical resilience compared with standard PVC jackets, reducing kinks and improving handling. The included screw-on 6.35 mm adapter expands compatibility to equipment with larger jacks without adding a separate adapter accessory. The coiled section of the cable makes storage and transport more compact while allowing extension when needed.

Suitable for

• Extending headphones and headsets with a 3.5 mm plug
• Connecting portable audio players to speakers or amplifiers
• Line-level connections for mixers, interfaces or recording devices
• Using with devices that feature a 6.35 mm jack via the screw-on adapter

Key specifications

• Cable length: 2 m
• Connector: 3.5 mm male to 3.5 mm female (with screw-on 6.35 mm adapter)
• Contact plating: gold-plated contacts
• Conductor size: AWG 28
• Cable jacket material: TPU (thermoplastic polyurethane)
• Cable design: coiled section for compact storage
• Color: black

How to use

Plug the 3.5 mm male connector into the source device or headphone output and insert the headset or speaker plug into the 3.5 mm female jack. For devices with a 6.35 mm input, screw the included adapter onto the 3.5 mm male connector before connecting. Route the cable so the coiled section can extend as needed; avoid sharp bends near the connectors. Ensure connectors are fully seated to maintain stable contact and minimize noise or intermittent connection.

Recommendations

Store the cable with the coil relaxed rather than tightly wound to avoid deforming the coiled section. Keep the gold-plated contacts clean and free of dust; if necessary, gently wipe with a dry, lint-free cloth. Avoid excessive pulling on the cable and prevent prolonged exposure to direct sunlight or high heat to preserve the TPU jacket and maintain consistent audio performance.
