Audiokaapeli ShiverPeaks BS40121 0,5 m 2 x RCA musta

The ShiverPeaks BS40121 is a 0.5 m audio cable with 2 x RCA female to 2 x RCA male connectors designed for short, reliable analog connections between audio components. Constructed from high-quality copper conductors and fitted with nickel-plated contacts, this black cable aims to deliver consistent audio transmission and mechanical durability in home and professional setups. Its compact length makes it suitable for connecting devices positioned close to each other, minimizing excess cable and potential signal loss associated with unnecessarily long runs.

Advantages

The cable combines copper conductors with nickel-plated contacts to provide stable signal transfer and corrosion resistance for the connectors. With matched 2 x RCA to 2 x RCA terminations, the cable supports standard stereo analog connections without adapters. The 0.5 m length reduces clutter and signal attenuation for short-distance routing while the black jacket offers a low-profile visual appearance that integrates easily with most audio equipment layouts.

Suitable for

• Connecting CD players, DACs or media players to amplifiers or receivers over short distances
• Linking preamplifiers and power amplifiers in compact audio systems
• Connecting turntables with RCA outputs to phono inputs (when used with appropriate grounding and phono stage)
• Temporary or permanent wiring in home theater setups where equipment is placed close together

Key specifications

• Cable length: 0.5 m
• Connector configuration: 2 x RCA (female) to 2 x RCA (male)
• Conductor material: high-quality copper
• Contact plating: nickel-plated terminals
• Colour: black

How to use

Identify the left (usually white) and right (usually red) RCA connectors on both source and destination devices and match them accordingly. Insert the 2 x RCA male plugs into the corresponding RCA inputs on the amplifier or receiver, and connect the 2 x RCA female ends to the output of the source device. Ensure connectors are fully seated to maintain consistent contact and avoid twisting the cable sharply to prevent stress on the connectors and cable jacket.

Recommendations

For best results, use this 0.5 m cable where devices are located near each other to minimize cable length and potential signal degradation. Keep RCA connections free of dust and avoid exposing the nickel-plated contacts to moisture. If your setup includes a turntable, use an appropriate grounded phono input or an external phono preamp to ensure correct signal level and grounding.
