Barebone ASROCK DeskMini X600 USB4 is a compact barebone mini PC kit compatible with AMD Ryzen 5000 desktop processors. The package contains a small-form-factor chassis and a DeskMini X600 motherboard with native USB4 support and desktop I/O. CPU, memory, storage drives and an operating system must be supplied and installed by the user, allowing a customizable compact desktop solution for home office, media playback and space-constrained setups.

Advantages

The ASROCK DeskMini X600 USB4 barebone provides modern connectivity through native USB4 on the motherboard, reducing limitations for external peripherals and displays. Its small-form-factor chassis lowers the desktop footprint while keeping standard desktop I/O accessible for keyboards, mice and wired networks. As a barebone kit it allows selection of a preferred AMD Ryzen 5000 processor, RAM capacity and storage configuration to match required performance and upgrade needs. The included motherboard and chassis are designed with compact-layout and thermal considerations suited for small desktop environments.

Suitable for

• Home office PC builds where desk space is limited
• Compact media playback and HTPC setups
• Custom small desktop systems using AMD Ryzen 5000 processors
• Users who want control over CPU, memory and storage selection

Recommendations

For optimal results, choose a Ryzen 5000-series CPU listed in ASROCK’s compatibility documentation, use a low-profile or compatible cooling solution that fits the small-form-factor chassis, and prefer fast NVMe storage for responsive performance. Keep BIOS and firmware up to date and consult ASROCK support resources for detailed compatibility and installation guidance.
