BEG BRCK LUXOMAT PD2-M-1C-DE kattoasennettava läsnäolotunnistin, 1-kanava, valkoinen

The BEG BRCK LUXOMAT PD2-M-1C-DE is a ceiling flush mount presence detector that delivers reliable, energy-efficient lighting control through advanced passive infrared (PIR) technology. With a 360° detection angle and a maximum coverage diameter of 8 metres at a 3-metre mounting height, it ensures precise motion sensing for a wide range of indoor applications. Its single potential-free relay output handles resistive loads up to 2300 W (10 A) and LED loads up to 300 W, making it suitable for both conventional and modern lighting systems. The adjustable time delay from 15 seconds to 30 minutes and brightness threshold from 10 to 2000 lux allow fine-tuning to specific room requirements, ensuring lights activate only when needed and switch off automatically after the set follow-up time.

Advantages

This presence detector offers a compact, flush-mounted design that integrates seamlessly into ceilings with a 68 mm cut-out and only 30 mm installation depth. Its UV-stabilised polycarbonate housing ensures long-term durability, while the IP20 rating makes it ideal for dry indoor environments. The device operates on a standard 230 V AC supply and consumes only 0.5 W in standby, contributing to low overall energy usage. The potential-free relay output provides flexibility for controlling various load types, and the wide adjustment ranges for time and light level enable customised automation for offices, corridors, restrooms, and storage areas.

Suitable for

Recommendations

For optimal performance, install the PD2-M-1C-DE at a height between 2 and 5 metres in areas with clear line-of-sight to the detection zone. Adjust the brightness threshold to prevent activation during sufficient daylight, and set the time delay according to the typical occupancy duration of the space. Ensure the relay load does not exceed the specified limits, especially when controlling LED luminaires, to avoid premature contact wear.
