Beyerdynamic K 190.00 audiokaapeli 1,5 m DT 18/19/28/29 (ilman liitintä)

Beyerdynamic K 190.00 is a 1.5 m replacement audio cable made for DT 18, DT 19, DT 28 and DT 29 headphone and headset models. Supplied without connectors, this cable provides the same length, routing and outer jacket characteristics as the original manufacturer part so it can be used for repairs, refurbishment or custom termination where factory compatibility is required. The product is intended for technicians and users who need a direct-fit cable that preserves the physical fit and cable run of Beyerdynamic headphones.

Advantages

The cable replicates the original Beyerdynamic cable length and construction to ensure correct fit and strain relief when installed in the compatible headphone models. Supplied without connectors, it allows flexible termination options for soldering, crimping or fitting of aftermarket connectors according to the repair or customization method. The 1.5 m length is suitable for studio and broadcast environments as well as field maintenance, and the design supports reliable signal transmission and mechanical stability expected in professional headphone applications.

How to use

Prepare the headphone housing by removing the ear cup or retaining elements as required by the specific model. Thread the replacement cable through the same routing path and secure any internal strain relief or clamps as used in the original assembly. Terminate the conductors to the chosen connectors or to the headset terminals following the wiring diagram for the target model; observe correct polarity for left and right channels and any microphone wiring if applicable. After termination, verify mechanical fit, reassemble the housing and perform an audio check to confirm continuity and correct stereo operation.

Recommendations

Use proper ESD-safe tools and appropriate soldering or crimping equipment for reliable terminations. If unsure about wiring or assembly steps, consult official service documentation or professional repair services to avoid damage to the headphone drivers or internal components.
