BitsPower None Chamfer Crystal Link Tube AD 16 mm, pituus 500 mm (BP-NCCLT16AC-L500)

BitsPower None Chamfer Crystal Link Tube OD 16 mm, Length 500 mm is a clear rigid tube designed for liquid cooling loops in custom PC builds. The tube has a 16 mm outer diameter and a straight 500 mm length, providing a transparent and precise connection between compatible fittings and cooling components. Manufactured for use in watercooling systems, this rigid Crystal Link tube is intended for visible runs where a clean, professional appearance and reliable physical routing are required.

Advantages

The rigid construction maintains consistent inner geometry, reducing the risk of kinks and sagging that can occur with softer tubing. Its clear material allows visual monitoring of coolant flow and condition, and the chamfered ends facilitate secure seating in compression fittings. The 16 mm outer diameter offers compatibility with fittings designed for this size, enabling tight seals and stable mechanical connection in a range of custom loop layouts.

Suitable for

• Custom PC watercooling loops requiring 16 mm outer-diameter rigid tubing
• Straight, visible tubing runs between reservoirs, radiators, pumps, and water blocks
• Builds where a clear, professional appearance and easy coolant inspection are desired

Key specifications

• Outer diameter: 16 mm
• Length: 500 mm
• Material: clear rigid plastic suitable for liquid cooling applications
• Chamfered ends to assist fitting insertion and sealing
• Designed for use with fittings that accept 16 mm outer-diameter tubing

How to use

Measure and plan your loop layout to ensure the 500 mm straight section fits between the chosen components or fittings. Cut the tube squarely if a shorter section is required, using a proper tube cutter for rigid plastics to avoid cracking. Deburr and smooth the cut edges before installation. Insert the chamfered end into the compatible compression fitting and tighten the fitting to the manufacturer’s recommended torque to form a secure seal. Ensure all connections are checked for alignment and that the tube is supported to prevent undue stress on fittings.

Recommendations

Perform a pressure or leak test of the assembled loop before powering the system. Avoid excessive bending forces and secure long runs with appropriate clamps or brackets. Use coolant and additives recommended for PC watercooling to minimize deposit formation and chemical degradation of the tube material.
