BKL Electronic 144021 CAT 8.1 S/FTP verkkokaapeli, RJ45, 5 m, musta, halogeeniton

For high-speed networking where signal integrity is non-negotiable, this BKL Electronic patch cable steps up to CAT 8.1 with S/FTP shielding and a halogen-free jacket. It delivers 40 Gbit/s over 5 meters, making it a practical choice for data centers, server rooms, and PoE-powered devices.

Highlights

• CAT 8.1 standard supports up to 40 Gbit/s and 2000 MHz bandwidth
• S/FTP shielding (screened foiled twisted pairs) minimizes crosstalk and EMI
• Halogen-free LSZH jacket reduces toxic smoke in case of fire
• Snagless boot protects the locking tab during installation
• Stranded copper conductors offer flexibility for tight routing

In daily use

The 5-meter length covers most rack-to-server or workstation-to-switch runs without excess slack. The black jacket blends into cable trays and behind desks. Because it is backward compatible with CAT 6a, CAT 6, CAT 5e, and CAT 5, you can use it in mixed environments while keeping an upgrade path to 25/40GBASE-T.
