BlueOptics InfiniBand / kuituvalokaapeli QSFP56–QSFP56, 10 m, aqua

BlueOptics InfiniBand / fibre optic cable QSFP56–QSFP56, 10 m, Aqua is a high-speed optical assembly designed for short-reach links in data centres and high-performance computing environments. The cable features QSFP56 connectors on both ends and a 10 m length in an aqua-coloured jacket, enabling low-latency connections between switches, NICs and storage systems. With a compact design and a weight of approximately 0.23 kg, this fibre optic cable is suitable for dense rack deployments and server interconnects where QSFP56 interfaces are required.

Advantages

The cable provides low-latency, high-bandwidth connectivity using QSFP56 interfaces and is keyed for consistent mating with compatible ports. The aqua-coloured jacket helps with visual identification in cabling bundles and structured cabling layouts. Its 10 m length balances reach and signal integrity for short-reach links inside racks and between adjacent racks. The lightweight, flexible assembly is intended to reduce strain on ports and simplify cable management in constrained spaces.

How to use

Install the cable by aligning each QSFP56 connector with the corresponding port until the connector latches. Avoid bending the cable beyond the manufacturer's recommended bend radius and route it to minimise stress on the connectors. Ensure both ends are fully seated and secured in server, switch or storage ports before powering devices. For best results, keep the cable away from sources of mechanical damage and maintain proper airflow within racks.

Recommendations

Inspect connector end-faces before installation and clean with appropriate fibre-optic cleaning tools if contamination is present. Use labelled pathways and cable management accessories to maintain signal integrity and simplify maintenance in data centre environments.
