BlueOptics MFS1S90-H010E-BO -kuitu-AOC-kaapeli QSFP56–QSFP56 10 m (aqua)

BlueOptics MFS1S90-H010E-BO is a 10 m active optical cable (AOC) with QSFP56 connectors on both ends, finished in aqua colour for easy identification. The cable provides direct QSFP56-to-QSFP56 serial connectivity for 100G-class links in data centre short-reach environments, enabling high-speed connections between switches, servers and other compatible networking equipment without separate transceivers.

Advantages

The pre-terminated AOC delivers a compact, low-latency optical connection that is not susceptible to electromagnetic interference. Being an active optical cable with integrated transmit and receive optics, it avoids the need for separate optical transceivers while providing a standardized QSFP56 interface. The aqua jacket and pre-terminated design simplify installation and cable management in rack and adjacent-rack layouts. The cable also supports digital diagnostics monitoring (DDM/DOM) when the connected hardware exposes those capabilities.

How to use

Install by plugging each QSFP56 connector into the corresponding QSFP56 port on your networking device, ensuring proper seating and latching. Route the aqua-coloured cable through the rack or between adjacent racks with minimal bends and secured with cable management to avoid strain. If the host equipment supports DDM/DOM, verify diagnostics through the device management interface to monitor signal and module parameters.

Recommendations

Avoid tight bends and excessive pulling force during installation; maintain manufacturer-recommended bend radius and secure the cable to prevent mechanical stress. Confirm host compatibility with QSFP56 AOC modules and enable any available diagnostics in the device firmware to facilitate remote monitoring and troubleshooting.
