MiniSAS-HD-kaapeli CBO BL464601N3M30-BL 3 m uros-uros

MiniSAS-HD cable CBO BL464601N3M30-BL 3 m Male-to-Male is a 3-metre direct-attach MiniSAS‑HD high-density SAS interconnect designed to link storage enclosures, RAID controllers and host adapters. The compact MiniSAS‑HD connector format reduces connector footprint while supporting multi-lane SAS signalling for high-throughput external connections. This cable is intended for short external connections in rack or server environments where a robust, low-profile link is required.

Advantages

The cable provides a compact male-to-male MiniSAS‑HD interface that simplifies cabling between SAS devices and reduces cable clutter in dense installations. Its direct-attach design eliminates the need for additional transceivers, offering straightforward plug-and-play connectivity. The construction supports stable multi-lane data transfer and is suitable for typical data-centre and server-room use where short, reliable external SAS links are necessary.

Suitable for

• Connecting external storage enclosures to RAID controllers
• Direct links between host adapters and storage arrays
• Short external connections in rack-mounted server environments
• Environments requiring compact, high-density SAS cabling

Key specifications

• Cable type: MiniSAS‑HD direct-attach cable
• Length: 3 metres
• Connector gender: Male-to-Male
• Interface: High-density SAS (multi-lane SAS signalling)
• Usage: External SAS interconnect for short-distance connections

How to use

Ensure both devices are powered down or that hot-swap procedures are supported by your hardware before connecting. Align each male MiniSAS‑HD connector with the corresponding female port on the devices and insert until seated; avoid excessive force. After connecting, verify that the host and storage devices recognise the link and that any required RAID or controller settings are configured. For disconnection, follow device-specific hot-swap guidance or power-down procedures to prevent data loss.

Recommendations

Use this 3 m MiniSAS‑HD cable for short external interconnects inside racks or between adjacent equipment to minimise signal degradation and maintain tidy cable routing. Avoid sharp bends, kinks and prolonged mechanical stress on the connectors; maintain recommended bend radius and secure the cable to prevent strain on ports.
