BlueOptics UACC-AOC-SFP28-20M-BO InfiniBand-kuituoptinen kaapeli 20 m SFP28 uros

The BlueOptics UACC-AOC-SFP28-20M-BO InfiniBand fibre optic cable 20m SFP28 Male is a 20‑metre active optical cable (AOC) with SFP28 male connectors on both ends. Designed for high‑speed short‑reach links, this aqua‑coloured multi‑mode fibre assembly supports 25G data rates and follows SFP28 physical form‑factor standards for direct connection between compatible ports in data centre and networking environments.

Advantages

The cable integrates transmitter and receiver modules in a single assembly to simplify connections and reduce the need for separate transceivers. Its SFP28 male interfaces enable plug‑and‑play interoperability with SFP28 slots that accept active optical cables, while the aqua jacket provides clear visual identification within structured cabling. The 20 m length allows flexible placement of equipment racks without sacrificing signal integrity for short‑reach 25G links.

How to use

Insert each SFP28 connector into the corresponding SFP28 port on your devices until the latch engages. Ensure both devices support active optical cables and the SFP28 form factor; consult device compatibility lists or documentation if needed. Route the cable along cable management paths to avoid sharp bends and mechanical strain. No external transceivers or additional fibres are required since transmitter and receiver functions are integrated into the AOC assembly.

Recommendations

Verify compatibility with your switch, router or host hardware before installation and observe bend radius guidelines to maintain signal quality. Use the aqua colour to separate this 25G link from other cabling and avoid running the cable parallel to high‑voltage power lines to reduce potential interference.
