Bosch 10-osainen hiomapaperisarja profiilihiojakoneelle AUZ 70 G

The Bosch 10-piece sanding sheet set for profile sander AUZ 70 G provides ten replacement abrasive sheets designed to fit Bosch profile sanders and deliver consistent sanding performance. Each sheet is manufactured from durable abrasive material to withstand extended use and maintain cutting efficiency, making the set suitable for surface preparation, smoothing contours, and finishing edges on wood, painted surfaces and similar substrates.

Advantages

Sheets in this set are produced to provide uniform grit distribution for even material removal and reduced clogging. The abrasive backing and coating are chosen for durability and resistance to wear, enabling a longer useful life compared with generic alternatives. The format is compatible with profile sanders that accept AUZ 70 G-style sheets, allowing quick replacement and minimal downtime during tasks.

Suitable for

• Sanding wooden trim and moldings
• Smoothing painted surfaces and preparing for repainting
• Finishing curved or contoured surfaces
• Light material removal and surface leveling

Key specifications

• Quantity: 10 sanding sheets
• Designed for use with profile sanders compatible with AUZ 70 G format
• Abrasive material: durable coated abrasive (general-purpose grade)
• Suitable for wood, paint and similar substrates
• Sheet format sized for profile and detail sanding tasks

How to use

Ensure the profile sander is disconnected from power before fitting a sheet. Align the sanding sheet with the sander’s pad and secure according to the sander’s attachment method. Start sanding with light, even pressure and move the sander along the workpiece following the profile or grain direction where appropriate. Replace the sheet when abrasive effectiveness decreases or when the sheet becomes clogged or damaged to maintain a consistent finish.

Recommendations

For best results, select the appropriate grit grade for the task, begin with coarser grit for rapid material removal and progress to finer grits for finishing. Keep the sander moving to avoid creating flat spots or uneven surfaces, and use dust extraction where available to prolong sheet life and improve visibility.
