How to use

Turn off and unplug the sander before replacing the pad. Remove the worn pad according to the sander’s user manual, align the new Bosch 2 608 601 116 pad with the sander’s mounting, and secure it in place. Attach the appropriate abrasive disc to the pad and check that it sits evenly before starting the sander. Inspect the pad regularly for wear and replace when performance declines.

Recommendations

Use the pad with abrasive discs that match the 150 mm contact surface. For best results, select the grit grade appropriate to the material and sanding stage; avoid excessive pressure and keep the sander moving to prevent uneven removal or pad damage.
