Bosch 2 608 606 804 -hiomatarvike

The Bosch 2 608 606 804 sander accessory is a sheet of C410 Standard abrasive designed for hand-sanding wood and paint. The sheet uses semi-friable aluminium oxide grain bonded to C‑backing paper with a fully synthetic resin, providing high flexibility and consistent material removal. An electrostatically open-coated surface allows dust extraction to reduce clogging and maintain sanding performance. Supplied as a single sheet that can be torn to size for use with hand blocks.

Advantages

The C410 Standard abrasive offers a high material removal rate and consistent surface quality due to its semi-friable aluminium oxide grain. The electrostatically open coating improves dust extraction and prevents premature clogging, while the fully synthetic resin bond on C‑backing paper ensures flexibility and reliable sanding behaviour. The sheet can be torn to any required size for hand-sanding tasks.

Suitable for

• Hand-sanding wood surfaces
• Sanding painted surfaces and removing old paint
• Use with hand-sanding blocks and manual finishing work

Key specifications

How to use

Tear the sheet to the required size and attach it to a hand-sanding block. Sand the surface with even pressure, following the wood grain or the painted surface lines. Replace the sheet when abrasive performance decreases or when clogging cannot be removed by dust extraction. For best results, combine with regular dust removal during sanding.

Recommendations

Use with appropriate personal protective equipment (dust mask, safety glasses) and ensure adequate ventilation. Test on a small area first to confirm the chosen grit and technique suit the material and finish.
