Jigsaw blade Bosch 2 608 900 559 — EXPERT ‘Wood 2-side clean’
The Bosch EXPERT “Wood 2-side clean” jigsaw blade set (3 blades) provides precise, tear-free cuts on both sides of the workpiece thanks to its double rows of teeth and extra-sharp precision-ground tooth geometry. Designed for cutting plywood and softwoods up to about 50 mm thickness, the set is supplied in a blister pack and is suitable for professional and DIY use where a clean visible edge is required without extensive sanding.

Advantages

The double-row tooth design produces a clean finish on both the 'face' and the 'back' of the cut, reducing the need for post-cut sanding. Precision-ground, extra-sharp teeth increase cutting accuracy and speed while maintaining a durable cutting edge. The set of three identical blades offers ready replacement options during longer projects and is compatible with common jigsaw fittings.

Suitable for

• Cutting plywood and veneered panels
• Crosscuts and rip cuts in softwood up to 50 mm
• Cabinet making and furniture components where visible edges matter
• DIY woodworking and professional joinery tasks

How to use

Select a compatible jigsaw and fit the blade according to the jigsaw manufacturer's instructions, ensuring the blade is securely locked. Mark the cut line on the workpiece and position the clean side toward the visible face if possible; the double-row teeth will help produce a clean edge on both sides. Make steady, controlled passes through the material at an appropriate feed rate for the thickness and type of wood. Replace blades from the blister pack as they wear to maintain cut quality.

Recommendations

For best results, use the EXPERT ‘Wood 2-side clean’ blades on plywood and softwoods up to 50 mm, avoid excessive lateral pressure, and allow the blade to reach cutting speed before engaging the workpiece. Store unused blades in the original blister to protect the teeth.
