Bosch 2 608 901 392 monitoimityökalu hionta-/hiomatarvike katkaisulaikka

EXPERT Diamond Pipe Cut Wheel for Longest Life Cutting & Chamfering Pipes — a diamond cut-off disc designed to be used with an angle grinder for cutting and chamfering metal pipes. The disc offers a constant cutting depth and speed over an extended lifetime, does not shatter when dropped, and produces minimal extra dust or chemical odours during use. With a 230 mm diameter and a 22.2 mm bore, this Bosch diamond disc is suitable for rotary cutting tasks where durability and consistent performance are required.

Advantages

The diamond cutting edge ensures long service life and stable cutting performance. The disc construction minimises dust and chemical smells compared with some alternative methods. Its robust design reduces the risk of breakage from impacts, and the standard 22.2 mm bore fits most angle grinders for straightforward installation.

Suitable for

• Cutting and chamfering metal pipes
• Rotary tool / angle grinder operations requiring diamond abrasive quality
• Workshop and on-site plumbing or metal-repair tasks

How to use

Mount the disc on a compatible angle grinder with a 22.2 mm arbor and secure it according to the grinder manufacturer's instructions. Use appropriate blade guards and ensure the workpiece is clamped. Operate the grinder at the recommended speed for the disc, apply steady pressure and move the wheel along the pipe to produce a chamfered cut. Allow the disc to complete the cut without forcing it; maintain a consistent feed rate for best results.

Recommendations

Wear suitable personal protective equipment (eye and ear protection, gloves, and a dust mask). Check the disc for damage before use and follow grinder and disc safety ratings. Use cooling intervals if performing extended cuts to preserve disc life and avoid overheating.
