Bosch 2 609 256 425 sirkkelinterä 6,5 cm 1 kpl

The Bosch 2 609 256 425 circular saw blade is designed for precise cutting of marble and soft ceramic wall tiles. With a compact diameter of 6.5 cm and a 1.5 cm bore, this blade fits compatible tile cutting machines and hand-held circular saws configured for small-diameter diamond or carbide-tipped blades. The construction and cutting edge profile are optimized to deliver clean edges on brittle materials while reducing chipping and minimizing breakouts during straight and angled cuts.

Advantages

This circular saw blade provides clean, accurate cuts in marble and soft ceramic tiles with reduced chipping thanks to its geometry and cutting surface. Its compact size enables greater control for detailed work and close-to-edge cutting. The blade is engineered for consistent performance across multiple cuts and offers durability suitable for light professional use and DIY projects where precision on fragile materials is required.

Suitable for

• Cutting marble tiles and slabs
• Trimming soft ceramic wall tiles
• Detail and edge cuts in tiled surfaces
• Small-format tile work and repairs

Key specifications

• Diameter: 6.5 cm
• Bore (arbor) size: 1.5 cm
• Material compatibility: marble, soft ceramic wall tiles
• Blade type: small-diameter tile cutting blade suitable for precision cuts

How to use

Install the blade on a compatible circular saw or tile cutting tool ensuring the arbor and blade seating surfaces are clean and correctly aligned. Verify the saw's speed and cutting method match the blade's recommendations for marble and soft ceramic tiles. Secure the workpiece and, when possible, use a guide or fence for straight cuts. Apply steady feed pressure and avoid forcing the blade; allow the cutting edge to progress at a controlled rate to prevent chipping. Use water cooling if the tool and blade specification permit, to reduce dust and dissipate heat when cutting mineral materials.

Recommendations

Use appropriate personal protective equipment including eye protection, hearing protection and a dust mask when cutting tiles. Confirm compatibility with the tool's mounting dimensions and operating speed before use. For best results on fragile tile materials, perform a test cut on a scrap piece to adjust feed rate and technique.
