Bosch 2607017109 25 kpl hiomapaperi

The Bosch 2607017109 sanding sheet pack contains 25 sheets sized 96 mm by 120 mm, designed for efficient material removal and smoothing of surfaces. These sanding sheets are compatible with a variety of sanding tools that accept 96 x 120 mm sheets and are intended for use on wood, metal, painted surfaces and composite materials. The compact rectangular format and uniform abrasive surface provide consistent sanding results across the sheet area.

Advantages

These sanding sheets offer uniform grit distribution and consistent abrasion performance across the 96 x 120 mm surface. The pack of 25 provides a ready supply for multiple small to medium jobs, reducing the need for frequent restocking. The sheets are dimensioned to fit common sanding holders and hand sanding blocks, enabling controlled material removal and fine finishing. Designed for general-purpose sanding, they balance durability and cutting speed.

Suitable for

• Smoothing wooden surfaces before painting or varnishing
• Removing rust or old paint from metal parts
• Surface preparation for bonding or coating on composites
• Hand sanding and detail work with sanding blocks or pads

Key specifications

• Quantity in pack: 25 sheets
• Sheet dimensions: 96 mm (width) × 120 mm (depth)
• Format: rectangular sanding sheets suitable for manual and certain machine holders
• Compatible materials: wood, metal, painted surfaces, composites

How to use

Select the appropriate grit grade for the task and attach the sanding sheet to a compatible sanding block or holder that accepts 96 × 120 mm sheets. Apply even pressure and move the sheet with the grain on wood or in steady strokes on metal. For paint or varnish removal, begin with a coarser grit and progress to finer grits for finishing. Replace sheets when abrasive performance decreases or when the sheet becomes clogged.

Recommendations

Use appropriate personal protective equipment such as dust masks, eye protection and gloves when sanding. Work in a well-ventilated area and use dust extraction or a vacuum when possible to prolong sheet life and maintain a cleaner work environment.
