Bosch 2609256051 1 kpl kiillotustyyny

The Bosch 2609256051 polishing pad is designed for controlled polishing and finishing of painted and clear-coated surfaces. Intended for use with compatible Bosch polishers, the pad combines a resilient backing with a soft polishing face to deliver an even, high-gloss result while minimizing swirl marks and surface damage. Construction emphasizes durability for repeated use in workshop and home settings.

Advantages

The pad offers consistent contact with the work surface for uniform material removal and gloss enhancement. Its resilient yet compressible structure adapts to slight contours and curves, helping to maintain contact on varied geometries. Materials are selected for wear resistance and stability at typical polishing speeds, reducing the need for frequent pad replacement. The pad's design simplifies attachment and removal on compatible Bosch backing plates.

Key specifications

• Surface type: soft polishing face suitable for painted and clear-coated surfaces
• Compatibility: designed for use with compatible Bosch polishing machines and backing plates
• Material characteristics: resilient backing with wear-resistant polishing face
• Intended use: finishing and high-gloss polishing
• Durability: designed for multiple uses under normal polishing conditions

How to use

Attach the polishing pad securely to the appropriate Bosch backing plate and ensure the tool is disconnected from power during installation. Apply a suitable polishing compound to the pad or work surface according to the compound manufacturer's instructions. Work at recommended speed settings for the specific material, using light to moderate pressure and gradual passes to avoid overheating the surface. Regularly check the pad condition and clean or replace it when worn or contaminated to maintain consistent results.

Recommendations

For best results, test the pad and polishing compound on an inconspicuous area first to confirm compatibility with the substrate and finish. Use clean pads for fine finishing and avoid excessive pressure or sustained stationary contact to prevent surface damage. Store the pad in a dry, dust-free environment to prolong service life.
