Bosch C430 Expert for Wood and Paint -hiomapaperi 2608605720

The Bosch C430 Expert for Wood and Paint sanding sheet is designed for durable, consistent sanding of wood, veneer, painted and solid surfaces. Its electrostatically open-coated abrasive and spaced grit structure promote reliable dust removal to reduce clogging, while the wear-resistant grit and fully synthetic resin bonding extend the sheet's service life. The flexible C-/B-paper backing allows bending without cracking and makes the sheet suitable for use with random orbital sanders for keying, intermediate varnish sanding, smoothing feather edges and sanding after wetting on compatible materials.

Advantages

The electrostatic open-coated surface and spaced grit ensure effective dust extraction and lower risk of clogging, supporting a more consistent sanding finish. Wear-resistant abrasive grit and synthetic resin bonding provide extended lifetime and repeated use. Flexible C-/B-paper backing permits folding and precise work on contours without cracking. Compatible with random orbital sanders for convenient attachment and use.

Suitable for

• Keying and sanding of paint and varnish
• Intermediate sanding of varnished surfaces
• Sanding wood, veneer and solid wood surfaces
• Smoothing feather edges and light filler sanding
• Sanding after wetting on compatible materials

How to use

Select the appropriate grit for the task, attach the sanding sheet to a compatible random orbital sander according to the sander manufacturer's instructions, and sand with even, controlled strokes. Use dust extraction if available to maximise the benefit of the electrostatic open-coated surface. For best results when working with varnish or paint, perform intermediate passes with progressively finer grits. Allow surfaces previously wetted to dry if required by the material before final sanding passes.

Recommendations

Use personal protective equipment (dust mask, eye protection) and follow the random orbital sander manufacturer's safety instructions. Test compatibility on a small area when sanding previously wetted materials or specific coatings.
