Bosch C430 Expert -hiomapaperit puulle ja lakalle 10 kpl

The Bosch C430 Expert for Wood and Paint sanding sheets deliver long service life for sanding wood, veneer and solid surfaces. Their electrostatic open-coated surface with space between abrasive grains promotes continuous dust removal and reduces clogging. The tough abrasive grit and fully synthetic resin bond increase wear resistance for extended and repeated use. These 10-piece sheets are compatible with orbital sanders and are designed for keying and sanding paint, varnish, filler, primer and wood-based materials, including intermediate sanding of varnish and smoothing of feather edges.

Advantages

Electrostatic open coating ensures consistent dust extraction and helps prevent sheet clogging. Durable, wear-resistant abrasive grit with synthetic resin bonding extends lifetime and maintains sanding performance. Highly flexible C-/B-paper backing allows folding without cracking and adapts to contoured surfaces. Supplied as a 10-piece set compatible with orbital sanders.

Suitable for

• Sanding and keying paint and varnish
• Intermediate sanding of varnish and coatings
• Sanding wood, veneer and other wood-based surfaces
• Smoothing feather edges and sanding after wetting on suitable materials

How to use

Select the appropriate grit for the material and task. Attach the sanding sheet to a compatible orbital sander or use by hand where suitable. Apply even pressure and move the sander along the surface with steady, overlapping strokes. Replace the sheet when abrasive performance declines or if excessive clogging occurs despite the open coating. Follow the sander manufacturer’s safety instructions and wear appropriate personal protective equipment.

Recommendations

For best results on paint and varnish, start with a coarser grit for initial keying then progress to finer grits for finishing. Use dust extraction where possible to prolong sheet life and maintain a clean work environment.
