Bosch Expert C470 hiomalaikat

EXPERT C470 for High Speed Sanding of Wood and Paint — Bosch EXPERT C470 sanding discs are engineered for efficient material removal on wood, paint and similar surfaces. Each pack contains 5 durable discs designed to resist clogging and retain abrasive performance during extended use, helping reduce sanding time while maintaining a consistent finish. Discs are compatible with most hook-and-loop sanders and suit both professional and DIY applications.

Advantages

The EXPERT C470 combines sharp abrasive grains with anti-clogging technology to preserve cutting ability over longer periods. This results in steady sanding performance, reduced clogging from dust and paint particles, and longer disc life compared with standard sandpaper. The discs offer reliable material removal rates and consistent surface quality across large areas.

Suitable for

• Sanding painted surfaces and filled areas
• High-speed sanding of wood and wooden components
• Large-area surface preparation before finishing
• Professional and DIY sanding tasks with hook-and-loop sanders

How to use

Fit a Bosch EXPERT C470 disc onto a compatible hook-and-loop sander, ensuring correct alignment and secure attachment. Start sanding at low to medium pressure and increase speed or pressure as needed while keeping the sander moving to avoid grooves or uneven removal. Replace discs when cutting performance decreases or when the abrasive becomes heavily clogged to maintain consistent results.

Recommendations

For best results on painted or resinous surfaces, periodically check the disc for clogging and change to a fresh disc when performance drops. Use appropriate safety equipment such as dust extraction, eye protection and a mask when sanding.
