Bosch GDB 350 WE Professional 1250 kierr./min 11,9 kg musta, sininen, valkoinen

The Bosch GDB 350 WE Professional is a heavy-duty perforator with a 3200 W motor and a 3-speed gearbox, designed for core drilling in reinforced concrete up to 350 mm in diameter. It delivers up to 1250 rpm no-load speed and is built with a robust gearbox that uses oil-bath lubrication for extended lifetime. The tool supports stand-mounted operation when used with the GCR 350 drill stand (part number 0 601 190 200) and runs on 230 V AC power. Compact dimensions and a weight of 11.9 kg make it suitable for demanding jobsite conditions.

Advantages

The 3200 W motor combined with a three-speed gearbox provides consistent torque for large-diameter core drilling. The oil-bath lubricated gearbox and robust construction improve durability and reduce maintenance needs. Compatibility with the GCR 350 drill stand enables precise, stand-mounted drilling for repetitive or deep cores. Compact footprint and manageable weight allow easier positioning and handling on site.

Suitable for

• Core drilling large-diameter holes (up to 350 mm) in reinforced concrete
• Stand-mounted drilling with the GCR 350 drill stand
• Heavy-duty construction and renovation projects requiring deep or wide cores

How to use

Fit an appropriately rated diamond core bit and secure the perforator to the GCR 350 drill stand for stand-mounted work or hold securely for handheld operation where applicable. Connect the tool to a 230 V AC supply and select the gearbox speed suitable for the core bit diameter and material. Begin drilling with steady feed pressure, allowing the tool and bit to cut without excessive force. Periodically withdraw the bit to remove debris and avoid overheating; follow the core bit manufacturer’s instructions for cooling and feed rates.

Recommendations

Use appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) including eye, ear and respiratory protection. Ensure stable mounting when using the GCR 350 stand and verify electrical supply and grounding. Follow regular maintenance intervals for gearbox lubrication checks and inspect power cable and connectors before each use.
