Bosch N377 hiomalaikka

Grinding disc Bosch N377 is an X-LOCK cleaning disc designed to deliver fast cleaning results on metal and masonry surfaces. The disc features a silicon carbide fleece coating that renews its structure during use, forming sharp cutting edges for consistent material removal. It is suited for removing rust, paint and oxide layers from metal, and for cleaning lime deposits and graffiti from stone, marble or concrete. The cleaning disc is mounted on a fibreglass carrier plate and uses the keyless X-LOCK system for quick and convenient disc changes.

Advantages

The silicon carbide fleece coating self-renews to maintain cutting efficiency and consistent material extraction. A fibreglass carrier plate provides support and stability during operation. The keyless X-LOCK mounting enables fast and tool-free disc changes, improving work continuity. The disc is suitable for a range of surfaces including metal and masonry, offering versatility for multiple cleaning and surface-preparation tasks.

How to use

Fit the Grinding disc Bosch N377 onto a compatible X-LOCK angle grinder following the tool manufacturer's mounting instructions. Secure the disc with the tool's keyless X-LOCK mechanism. Start the grinder at the recommended speed for the workpiece material and apply light, even pressure while moving the disc steadily across the surface to be cleaned. Avoid excessive pressure or dwell in one spot to prevent uneven material removal or damage. After use, allow the disc to stop completely before removing it.

Recommendations

Use appropriate personal protective equipment (safety goggles, gloves, hearing protection and respiratory protection as needed). Ensure the angle grinder's speed rating matches the disc's maximum RPM. Test on a small inconspicuous area if working on delicate materials. Replace the disc if the coating is worn or the carrier plate is damaged.
