Bresser Lyra 70/900mm EQ linssikaukoputki hiilikuitumallilla

Set up the Bresser Lyra 70/900mm EQ in your backyard for a night of lunar and planetary observation. This achromatic refractor telescope combines a 70mm aperture with a 900mm focal length, delivering sharp, high-contrast views of the Moon's craters, Jupiter's moons, and Saturn's rings. The German equatorial mount with slow-motion controls on both axes makes tracking celestial objects smooth and precise, while the carbon-design optical tube adds a modern touch to your stargazing setup.

Why choose it

The Lyra 70/900mm EQ offers a perfect balance of portability and performance. The long focal length reduces chromatic aberration, providing crisp images of bright objects. The equatorial mount is ideal for learning the night sky and for astrophotography beginners, as it allows easy tracking with the included slow-motion cables. The carbon-design finish not only looks great but also helps reduce tube weight.

Ideal use cases

• Beginner and intermediate astronomers
• Lunar and planetary observation
• Terrestrial viewing (with correct orientation)
• Basic astrophotography with a smartphone adapter (not included)

Good to know

The telescope comes with everything needed to start observing right away: three eyepieces, a 3x Barlow lens, a finder scope, and a star diagonal. The included astronomy software helps you locate celestial objects. Assembly is straightforward, and the aluminium tripod provides a stable base. The mount can be adjusted for different latitudes, making it suitable for use anywhere in the world.
