How to use
Unpack the HL-L8230CDW and install the two supplied print cartridges following the quick-start instructions. Connect the printer to a power source and complete initial configuration using the control panel or the Brother setup utility on a PC. For network printing, connect via the built-in Wi‑Fi and add the printer on each workstation or mobile device using the standard network printer setup. Place A4 paper in the input tray and select duplex or single-sided printing in the driver options as required. Use the printer driver settings to choose colour or black-and-white output and to adjust print quality and paper type.
Recommendations
For consistent print quality, use paper specified for laser/LED printers and replace consumables with genuine Brother cartridges. Enable duplex printing to reduce paper consumption for multi-page documents. For reliable network performance, position the printer where Wi‑Fi signal is stable or use a wired network connection if available.
