CABLETIME Active Fiber HDMI 2.1 Cable, 30 m, delivers high-bandwidth digital audio and video via an active optical cable (AOC). Designed for long-distance connections, this HDMI 2.1 cable supports up to 8K@60Hz and a 48 Gbps signal rate while using gold-plated connectors and a durable zinc-alloy shell to minimise signal loss and corrosion.

Advantages

The cable provides 48Gbps bandwidth over long runs thanks to AOC fibre optics, ensuring stable transmission of ultra-high-definition video and stereo sound. It supports HDMI 2.1 features such as HDR, eARC, ALLM, VRR and HDCP 2.2/2.3. Gold-plated contacts and a matt PVC-sheathed flexible jacket improve signal integrity and durability for installations between TVs, projectors, consoles and AV equipment.

Suitable for

• Long-distance connections between source devices and displays (TVs, projectors)
• Home cinema and AV receiver setups
• Gaming consoles requiring low-latency high-resolution output
• Digital signage and LED display installations
• CCTV, DVR and professional video systems

How to use

Connect the HDMI (M) end to the source device (Blu-ray player, set-top box, PC, game console, DVR) and the other HDMI (M) end to the display or AV receiver. Ensure both devices support the required HDMI 2.1 features and set the display resolution and refresh rate in the source device settings. Route the flexible cable without sharp bends and avoid kinking the AOC fibre to maintain signal integrity.

Recommendations

For best results, use with HDMI 2.1-compliant equipment and enable matching features (HDR, eARC, VRR) in device settings. Avoid tight bends and repeated heavy flexing near connectors; check compatibility for specific HDCP or display formats before use.
