Caramba 603615 pohjamaalausspray, 500 ml, korroosiosuojapinnoite ajoneuvojen alustoille

Underbody Protection spray Caramba 603615 is a 500 ml corrosion-inhibiting coating formulated for application to vehicle underbodies, wheel arches, seams and exposed metal parts. The spray forms a protective film that reduces direct contact with moisture, salt and road debris while dampening road noise. It is suitable for routine maintenance and seasonal treatment to help extend the service life of chassis components and other vulnerable metal areas.

Advantages

The coating creates a resilient, water-repellent layer that adheres to metal surfaces and fills small cavities to limit corrosion initiation. Its spray format allows targeted application to hard-to-reach areas under the vehicle and on inner wheel arches. The product combines corrosion protection with a degree of sound deadening, helping to reduce structure-borne noise. The 500 ml aerosol provides a controlled spray pattern for even coverage and convenient touch-up work.

How to use

Ensure the surface is dry, free from loose rust, dirt and grease. Shake the can thoroughly before use and apply from a recommended distance to achieve an even film. For best results, spray in overlapping strokes and allow the coating to cure according to the directions on the product label. Use in a well-ventilated area and avoid applying to hot surfaces or painted decorative areas. Multiple thin coats are preferable to a single heavy coat to achieve consistent coverage and reduce runs.

Recommendations

Perform a test spray on a small, inconspicuous area to confirm adhesion and appearance before full application. Follow all safety instructions on the label, wear suitable protective gloves and eye protection, and dispose of the empty aerosol can according to local regulations.
