Castor-pyörät Digitus DN-19 CASTOR-OR musta pronssi 250 kg

DIGITUS lockable castors for 19" cabinets in black bronze finish are designed to add mobility and stability to open racks and IP55 free-standing cabinets. Supplied as a set of four with mounting hardware included, two of the castors feature integrated locks and all four are rotating for easy steering. Each castor supports up to 250 kg, enabling safe relocation of equipment and secure positioning once locked.

Advantages

These castors combine robust load capacity with simple installation: the set includes mounting material for quick fitting, and the rotating design ensures smooth directional changes. The lockable function on two wheels provides added safety by preventing unintentional movement when cabinets are stationary. The black bronze finish offers a discreet, professional look that integrates with common server room and industrial environments.

Suitable for

• 19" open racks and server cabinets
• IP55-rated free-standing electrical enclosures
• Data center equipment that requires occasional repositioning
• Workshop benches and mobile equipment trolleys with compatible mounting

Key specifications

• Set contains 4 castors with mounting hardware
• Two castors with locking mechanism, two without lock
• Rotating swivel design for all wheels
• Load capacity: 250 kg per castor
• Finish: black bronze

How to use

Install the castors using the supplied mounting material following the cabinet or rack manufacturer’s instructions for castor attachment points. Ensure all fasteners are tightened securely and test the swivel action before loading. When moving the cabinet, unlock the two lockable castors and steer using the rotating wheels. After positioning the cabinet, engage the locks on the two locking castors to prevent movement and verify stability on the floor surface.

Recommendations

Use on level, solid flooring for best performance and engage the locks whenever the cabinet is stationary. Periodically inspect mounting fasteners and wheel condition, and do not exceed the combined load capacity calculated from the number of installed castors.
