Cat 7 U/UTP RJ45 patch-kaapeli ShiverPeaks 08-35044, Ethernet-datakaapeli

ShiverPeaks 08-35044 is a Cat 7 U/UTP RJ45 patch cable engineered for high-speed Ethernet connections. This Category 7 unshielded cable with RJ45 terminations provides reliable data transfer for LAN environments, connecting switches, routers and patch panels in offices and home networks. The cable is designed to support modern networking equipment and maintain signal integrity across short to medium distances.

Advantages

The cable offers enhanced performance compared with lower category patch leads, providing higher bandwidth and improved pair-to-pair crosstalk characteristics suitable for demanding network setups. Its RJ45 terminations ensure compatibility with standard Ethernet ports while the unshielded U/UTP design keeps the cable flexible and easy to install in patch panels and cable management systems. The construction balances performance and installation convenience for structured cabling.

Suitable for

• Connecting switches, routers and servers in office LANs
• Patching between wall outlets and network equipment in home networks
• Linking patch panels to network devices in server rooms and data closets
• Short to medium distance Ethernet runs where Cat 7 performance is required

Key specifications

• Cable category: Cat 7 (unshielded U/UTP)
• Connector type: RJ45 on both ends
• Designed for high-speed Ethernet data transmission
• Flexible jacket suitable for patching and cable management
• Intended for use in LAN, office, and home network environments

How to use

Insert the RJ45 connectors into the Ethernet ports of your devices until the retaining clip clicks into place. Use the cable to connect switches, routers, patch panels or wall sockets as required by your network layout. Avoid sharp bends and excessive pulling during installation to preserve internal pair alignment and performance. Route the cable through cable management channels or patch panels to maintain tidy and reliable connections.

Recommendations

For optimal performance, use the cable for short to medium runs within racks and between nearby network points. Keep the cable away from strong sources of electromagnetic interference and avoid tight coils or kinks. When installing in structured cabling systems, follow standard wiring practices and pair management to ensure consistent data throughput.
