Cimco 140778 lanka sininen 100 m

Cimco 140778 utility wire in blue, 100 m length, is a flexible multi-purpose electrical conductor designed for a wide range of wiring tasks. The product combines reliable electrical conductivity with robust insulation to support both indoor and outdoor installations. Its 100-m spool provides sufficient length for household repairs, control circuits, small installations and DIY projects without frequent joins.

Advantages

The blue utility wire features good conductivity and mechanical flexibility that simplifies routing in confined spaces and around corners. Durable insulation resists everyday abrasion and offers protection against moisture in typical non-submerged outdoor conditions. The wire’s pliability reduces installation time and effort while maintaining consistent electrical performance over repeated bending.

Suitable for

• Household electrical repairs and extensions
• Control panels and low-voltage circuits
• Automotive and marine accessory wiring (non-critical circuits)
• DIY electronics and hobby projects
• Temporary power runs and test setups

Key specifications

• Color: blue
• Length: 100 m
• Conductor type: single flexible copper conductor (stranded)
• Insulation: durable PVC or equivalent polymer insulation suitable for general electrical use
• Applicable environments: indoor and exposed outdoor use (not for continuous submersion)
• Typical use: low-voltage and general-purpose wiring

How to use

Measure the required length and cut the wire using appropriate wire cutters. Strip the insulation carefully to expose the conductor, keeping the exposed length appropriate for the terminal or connector used. Route the wire avoiding sharp edges and secure it with cable ties or clamps where necessary. Ensure all terminations are tight and insulated with suitable connectors or heat-shrink tubing. Follow local electrical codes and safety practices when connecting to mains circuits; de-energize circuits before working.

Recommendations

Use the wire within its rated voltage and environmental limits; avoid installing where it would be continuously submerged or exposed to high temperatures or corrosive chemicals. For mains power or safety-critical installations, verify gauge and insulation ratings meet local regulations and consider consulting a qualified electrician.
