Mobiili tiedonkeruulaite CIPHER RS36 2D-kuvaimella GPS:llä ja 4G:llä

The CIPHER RS36 is a mobile data collector equipped with a 2D imager, integrated GPS and 4G connectivity. It is engineered for reliable on-the-go barcode capture, location-aware data collection and continuous mobile communications. The device combines fast decoding of 2D and 1D barcodes with positioning and cellular network access to support inventory management, field service operations and logistics workflows where timely data and location context are required.

Advantages

The RS36 delivers rapid 2D imaging performance for quick capture of QR codes, Data Matrix and traditional linear barcodes, while GPS provides location stamping of collected records. Built-in 4G enables real-time transmission of scans and synchronization with back-office systems. The hand-held form factor and durable construction support use in mobile environments, and the integrated components reduce the need for additional accessories.

Suitable for

• Inventory counting and warehouse stock checks
• Field service reporting and asset tracking
• Parcel and shipment tracking in logistics operations
• Retail price checks and shelf audits
• Mobile data collection where location and connectivity matter

Key specifications

• 2D image scanner for QR, Data Matrix and linear barcodes
• Integrated GPS for location tagging of scanned data
• 4G cellular connectivity for real-time data transfer
• Hand-held mobile form factor designed for field use
• Wireless communication and synchronization with back-end systems

How to use

Power on the device and ensure the mobile data collector has network registration on the 4G network and GPS fix. Use the built-in scanning application or your enterprise software to initiate a scan session; align the scanner with the barcode until the imager confirms a successful read. Scanned records are tagged with location coordinates when GPS is available and can be transmitted immediately over the cellular connection or stored locally for later synchronization. Configure wireless and application settings through the device menus to match your back-end system requirements.

Recommendations

For best results, perform scans at recommended distances for the barcode size and contrast, maintain a clear line of sight to the code, and allow the GPS a short period to acquire a stable position when location tagging is required. Use a reliable 4G signal or available Wi‑Fi for prompt data upload, and follow your organization’s device management policies for secure operation.
