Console Legrand GmbH CB 200 1.1KN V4A — asennuskonsoli, kuorma 1,1 kN, ruostumaton teräs V4A

Legrand GmbH CB 200 1.1KN V4A is a mounting console designed to provide reliable mechanical support for equipment and fixtures. Constructed from V4A stainless steel, the console is intended for applications that require corrosion resistance and a rated static load capacity of 1.1 kN. The product is suitable for both indoor and outdoor installations where a durable, low-maintenance support bracket is required for electrical enclosures, piping, or structural attachments.

Advantages

The mounting console offers high corrosion resistance due to its V4A stainless-steel construction, making it suitable for humid or chemically aggressive environments. Its 1.1 kN static load rating provides a clear safety margin for many common mounting tasks. The design facilitates secure fixation to structural substrates and is compatible with typical mounting hardware, enabling straightforward installation and long-term dimensional stability.

Key specifications

How to use

Select an appropriate mounting location and verify that the supporting substrate can carry the imposed loads. Align the console so that attachment points match the equipment to be supported, and use suitable fasteners for the substrate material (for example, stainless-steel bolts for metal structures or appropriate anchors for masonry). Tighten fasteners to the torque recommended for the chosen hardware, ensure the console is level and secure, then mount the equipment and verify overall stability and clearances.

Recommendations

For outdoor or corrosive environments, use compatible stainless-steel fasteners and perform periodic inspections to confirm mechanical integrity. Avoid overloading beyond the specified 1.1 kN static rating and consider dynamic factors or impact loads when planning installations.

Ieguvumi
