DATALOGIC kaapeli USB Type-A TPU suora 2 m musta

The Datalogic 90A052258 USB cable is a 2 m USB 2.0 cable with USB A male connectors on both ends. Designed for reliable data transfer and charging, this black cable supports standard USB 2.0 throughput and is intended for use with peripherals such as scanners, printers and computers. The cable’s construction focuses on a stable connection and everyday durability while maintaining compatibility with USB A ports.

Advantages

The cable provides a straightforward connection between USB A devices and hosts, with a 2-meter length that offers additional reach compared to shorter cables. Its USB 2.0 specification ensures compatibility with a wide range of existing hardware and supports typical data transfer and charging tasks. The black outer sheath gives a neutral appearance and resists visible wear, and the male-to-male configuration allows direct connection where required by compatible devices.

Suitable for

• Connecting barcode scanners and fixed readers to POS systems or computers
• Linking desktop printers or label printers to host devices
• Data transfer and charging between USB A devices where a male-to-male cable is required
• Workstations or kiosks that need a durable, mid-length USB connection

How to use

Inspect the connectors and ports to ensure they match USB A male-to-male use cases. Insert one USB A connector into the host device (for example, a computer or POS controller) and insert the other USB A connector into the peripheral device (for example, a scanner or printer) designed to accept a male USB A connection. Verify that connections are fully seated and not forced. After connection, confirm device recognition in the host operating system and, if required, install appropriate drivers or software for the peripheral device. Disconnect by pulling the connector housing, not the cable sheath, to avoid strain.

Recommendations

Use this cable in environments where a male-to-male USB A link is specified by the device documentation. Avoid using the cable in applications that require USB 3.x speeds or specific power-delivery profiles beyond USB 2.0 capabilities. Route the cable to prevent sharp bends, excessive tension, or exposure to liquids and extreme temperatures to prolong service life.
