How to use

Place the saucepot on a suitably sized burner and heat gradually to avoid warping. Add ingredients and adjust the heat to achieve a simmer or gentle boil as required by the recipe. Use the fitted lid to retain heat and moisture for reductions or slow simmering; remove the lid when reduction or browning is needed. After use, allow the pot to cool slightly before cleaning; handwashing with warm soapy water or using a dishwasher-safe process is appropriate depending on the manufacturer's care instructions.

Recommendations

For best results, preheat the empty pot on low to medium heat before adding fats or liquids to ensure even temperature distribution. Avoid rapid temperature changes to preserve the stainless steel finish and maintain a flat base. When preparing delicate sauces or milk-based recipes, use low heat and stir regularly to prevent sticking or scalding.
