Recommendations

To maintain nonstick properties and extend service life, avoid high dry heat, sudden temperature shocks and abrasive cleaners. Clean with warm water, mild detergent and a soft sponge; do not use steel wool. Store pans without stacking directly on the cooking surface or protect surfaces with pan protectors.
