To receive messages, ensure the answering machine is enabled and check recorded messages via the handset or base controls. Use the speakerphone during calls by pressing the dedicated speaker button on the handset for hands-free conversations.

Recommendations

Position the base centrally in your home or office to maximize DECT range for additional handsets. Regularly back up important contacts by keeping a printed list or storing phonebook entries in a secondary device. For optimal audio quality during hands-free calls, place the handset on a flat surface and avoid strong radio interference sources nearby.
