DECT-puhelin Panasonic KX-TGJ322

The Panasonic KX-TGJ322 is a DECT telephone system supplied with two handsets and a compact base unit. It features a 1.8" built-in display, caller ID, integrated answering machine and a phonebook that stores up to 250 contacts. The device supports up to six handsets on one base, offers SMS messaging and a speakerphone mode for hands-free calls. The white finish and desk-mount design suit domestic and small office environments where clear voice communication and simple operation are required.

Advantages

The handset set provides clear DECT audio quality and expandable multi-handset capability, allowing additional handsets to be registered on the same base for coverage across rooms. The included answering machine records incoming messages when calls are not answered, and the 250-entry phonebook simplifies frequent dialing. A dedicated speakerphone facilitates hands-free conversations, while caller ID and SMS support help manage incoming contacts and short text messages. The compact desk-mount design and 1.8" display keep operation straightforward and space-efficient.

The answering machine automatically records messages when calls are not answered; play messages through the handset or base controls. To add extra handsets, follow the registration procedure in the user manual to synchronise additional units with the base.

Recommendations

For reliable performance, position the base unit centrally within the required coverage area and keep base and handset firmware up to date if updates are provided. Regularly back up important phonebook entries by noting contacts externally if needed. To optimise voice clarity, avoid placing the base near large metal objects or devices that may cause interference.
