DeLOCK hybridikytkin valokuidulle LC Duplex uros SC Duplex naaras vihreä

This LC Duplex to SC Duplex hybrid coupling by DeLOCK enables conversion between LC and SC connector types, allowing LC and SC optical fiber cables to be joined. Constructed from metal and plastic, the coupling is suitable for installation in fiber connection boxes, cabinets and patch panels. The unit includes a dust cover to protect the sleeve and keep the connection clean.

Advantages

The DeLOCK hybrid coupler provides a compact solution for adapting LC Duplex male to SC Duplex female connections without requiring adapter modules. Its metal and plastic construction balances durability with lightweight design. Included dust cover prevents contamination of the ferrule and maintains signal quality.

How to use

Insert the LC Duplex male connector into the LC side of the hybrid coupler and plug the SC Duplex connector into the SC side. Ensure both connectors are fully seated to achieve correct alignment of the fiber ferrules. Mount the coupler into the desired fiber box, cabinet or patch panel opening if required, and secure according to the enclosure's mounting method. Replace the dust cover when the connection is not in use to prevent contamination.

Recommendations

Handle fiber connectors with care, avoid touching ferrule end faces, and always keep the dust cover in place when the coupler is not connected. Inspect and clean connector end faces with appropriate fiber cleaning tools before mating to ensure optimal signal transmission.
