DeLOCK kaapeliläpivienti M16 ilmastoinnilla IP68 vedenpitävä musta 2 kpl

The DeLOCK Cable Gland M16 with ventilation provides a watertight cable and conduit entry for enclosures. Made of durable plastic and supplied in a set of 2, the black M16 gland is designed for use where protection against dust and moisture is required while allowing pressure equalisation to reduce condensation.

Advantages

The integrated ventilation holes ensure continuous pressure and air equalisation, which prevents condensation inside the housing. Rated to IP68, the cable gland offers high protection against dust and water ingress. Its robust plastic construction and compact M16 form factor make it suitable for industrial environments.

Suitable for

• Sealing cable and tube entries in electrical enclosures
• Automation equipment and control cabinets
• Robotics and machinery subject to dust and moisture
• Outdoor installations requiring IP68 protection

How to use

Drill or prepare an M16 threaded entry in the enclosure, then insert the cable gland and secure it according to the enclosure’s thread or fastening method. Pass the cable or tube through the gland and tighten so the gland seals around the cable while leaving the ventilation holes unobstructed to allow pressure equalisation.

Recommendations

Ensure the ventilation holes remain clear of paint, sealant or debris during installation. Verify compatibility of cable diameter and enclosure thread before mounting to maintain the IP68 rating.
