DeLOCK RJ45-modulaariliitin Cat.6 taivutetulla lukitusvivun suojalla ja taittosuojalla, 50 kpl

DeLOCK RJ45 Modular Plug Cat.6 set with curved latch and bend protection contains 50 shielded RJ45 male connectors in grey and transparent colours, plus matching bend protection boots and a cable manager. The plugs are suitable for terminating network cables with conductor sizes from 26 to 23 AWG and are intended for reliable Cat.6 Ethernet connections.

Advantages

The curved latch design prevents latch breakage by yielding when the plug is pulled out, increasing durability. Included bend protection boots reduce abrasion at the cable end and minimise tensile strain. The cable manager simplifies assembly and ensures correct conductor alignment for consistent terminations.

Suitable for

• Termination of Cat.6 network cables (26–23 AWG)
• On-site cable assembly and repairs
• Home, office and data cabinet network installations
• Bulk connector supply for installers and technicians

How to use

Strip the cable jacket and arrange the individual conductors according to the wiring standard required (e.g. T568A or T568B). Insert the conductors into the cable manager to align them, push the conductors fully into the RJ45 plug and crimp using a suitable modular crimping tool. Slide the bend protection boot over the cable and plug end to secure strain relief.

Recommendations

Use a compatible crimping tool rated for shielded RJ45 plugs and verify wiring with a cable tester after termination. Store plugs and boots in a dry environment and handle the curved latch carefully to maintain proper function.
