The DeLOCK USB 2.0 cable combines a USB Type-A male and a USB Type-C male connector with 90° angled USB Type-A female and USB Type-C female ports. With a 1 m length and a built-in jack for mounting to a dashboard or housing cut-out, this cable lets you place a USB port in an accessible position while extending and connecting USB devices.

Advantages

The angled female connectors free up space in tight installations and reduce strain on plugged-in cables. The integrated jack allows secure attachment to panels or housings with a suitable opening, creating an accessible external USB port. Support for USB 2.0 ensures compatibility with a wide range of devices.

How to use

Insert the male USB Type-A or Type-C connector into the host device. Secure the built-in jack into a compatible dashboard or housing cut-out so the angled female ports face outward. Plug USB peripherals into the angled female Type-A or Type-C ports as required. Ensure connections are made without forcing connectors to avoid damage.

Recommendations

Use this cable in installations where space is limited or where an externally accessible USB port is needed. Avoid excessive bending near the connectors and do not use the cable for USB devices that require USB 3.x data rates or higher power delivery than USB 2.0 supports.
