DIN-kiskoasennusteline kti networks KC-3DR turvalliseen asennukseen

DIN rail mounting bracket kti networks KC-3DR by kti networks is a compact mounting accessory engineered for secure installation of compatible devices on standard DIN rails. The bracket offers a stable mechanical interface to attach networking modules, small controllers or other DIN-rail-capable equipment inside network cabinets, control panels and industrial enclosures. Its straightforward form factor simplifies organized device placement and supports tidy cable routing and equipment accessibility.

Advantages

The KC-3DR bracket provides rigid, vibration-resistant support and quick attachment to standard DIN rails without complex tools. Its compact dimensions reduce required space inside cabinets while maintaining reliable clamping force. The design enables repeatable installation and removal, helping technicians perform fast field work and system reconfiguration. Materials and finish are chosen to withstand typical indoor industrial and telecommunication environments.

Suitable for

• Mounting small networking modules, converters or terminal blocks in communication cabinets
• Organizing devices inside control panels and industrial enclosures
• Field installations requiring quick and repeatable DIN rail attachment
• Structured rack setups where space-saving bracket solutions are needed

Key specifications

• Mounting type: standard DIN rail attachment
• Compatibility: designed for devices with DIN-rail mounting requirements
• Form factor: compact bracket for space-efficient installation
• Mechanical features: vibration-resistant clamping and repeatable snap-on/off mounting
• Materials and finish: corrosion-resistant metal or treated surface suitable for indoor industrial use

How to use

Position the KC-3DR bracket on the top edge of a standard DIN rail and press until the bracket snaps into place, ensuring the clamp engages the rail profile. Attach the compatible device to the bracket according to the device’s mounting points; secure using the device’s fixing screws if required. To remove, release the retaining clip or lever and unhook the bracket from the rail. Follow any device-specific instructions for grounding and cable routing to maintain safe and reliable installation.

Recommendations

Verify device dimensions and mounting holes for compatibility before installation, and ensure the DIN rail is properly secured in the cabinet. Use appropriate personal protective equipment and disconnect power where required when adding or removing devices. For outdoor or harsh-environment use, confirm material resistance and consider additional protection against moisture and contaminants.
