Direct Injection (DI) -boxi Omnitronic LH-060 Duale — passiivinen 2-kanavainen symmetrinen DI-boxi

The Omnitronic LH-060 Duale is a passive 2-channel balanced DI box designed to convert unbalanced instrument- or line-level signals into balanced outputs suitable for mixers and PA systems. Each channel provides impedance matching and an isolated, balanced XLR output to reduce noise and interference when connecting guitars, keyboards, drum machines or other line sources to professional audio equipment. The unit is built for straightforward, dependable signal routing in live sound, rehearsal rooms and recording environments.

Advantages

The passive design requires no external power, ensuring simple setup and minimal maintenance. Dual independent channels allow two sources to be connected simultaneously with individual ground-lift switches to eliminate hum caused by ground loops. Rugged metal housing and standard input/output connectors provide reliable mechanical durability for stage and transport. The balanced outputs deliver cleaner audio over long cable runs by reducing interference and preserving signal integrity.

How to use

Connect the unbalanced output of your instrument or electronic device to a 1/4" TS input on one of the LH-060 Duale channels. Run a balanced XLR cable from the corresponding XLR output to the mixer or PA system input. If you encounter hum or ground-loop noise, engage the ground-lift switch on the affected channel to break the ground connection between devices. Use the two channels independently to connect separate sources, or place the unit near the instruments to minimize cable lengths on the unbalanced side.

Recommendations

For best results, keep unbalanced cable runs as short as possible and use quality balanced XLR cables from the DI box to the mixing console. Engage the ground-lift only when necessary and verify signal polarity at the mixer when combining multiple sources. The passive design is suitable for most instruments; active instruments with low output or requiring buffering may benefit from an active DI in addition to this unit.
