For optimal performance, use secure, fully inserted connections and avoid tight bends or kinks in the cable along the run.

Recommendations

For best results at high resolutions (4K and 8K), use direct connections whenever possible and keep cable runs within recommended distances. If you experience signal issues over longer runs, consider using an active repeater or a certified active DisplayPort cable.
